These terms cover all three Limecore apps. They are deliberately short. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them.
Nexus Command Center, LimeLog and StudyDesk are free, open-source personal tracking tools published under the MIT licence by Limecore Studio, a sole trader in Helsinki, Finland. They are provided at no cost. There is no subscription, no paid tier and no advertising.
You must be at least 16 to create an account, or the minimum age for consenting to online services where you live if that is lower. If you are younger, you may still use the apps in guest mode, where no account exists and no data leaves your device.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. One account works across all three apps.
You keep all rights to everything you put into the apps. We claim no ownership and no licence over it beyond what is technically required to store it and show it back to you. We do not sell it, mine it, or train anything on it.
You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
This is the part worth actually reading.
Not financial advice. Nexus Command Center shows you figures you entered, prices from public data sources, and projections based on assumptions you choose. Net worth, portfolio values, forecasts and "what if" scenarios are arithmetic, not recommendations. Market data may be delayed, wrong, or missing. Do not make investment or borrowing decisions on the basis of this app.
Not medical or fitness advice. LimeLog records what you did and estimates things like one-rep maximums from formulas. An estimate is not a statement about what your body can safely do on a given day. Progression suggestions are arithmetic on your logged numbers, not coaching. Training is inherently risky; consult a qualified professional, and use your own judgement about what to lift.
Not an academic authority. StudyDesk's grade averages and GPA calculations follow the scheme you select and the weights you enter. Your institution's official calculation is the one that counts.
AI output is unreliable by nature. The optional AI debriefs summarise a note you wrote. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat their output as a rough note, never as fact.
The apps are offered as they are, with no uptime guarantee. Cloud sync may be unavailable, and the service may change or be discontinued. All three apps are local-first and keep working offline, which limits what an outage costs you.
Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export button exists for exactly this. We are not a backup service.
Do not use the apps to break the law, to attack the service or other users, or to attempt to reach data that is not yours. Do not upload other people's personal data without a proper basis for doing so.
Sharing features (budgets and tasks in Nexus Command Center) share data with people you explicitly invite. Only invite people you intend to give that access to.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — the standard MIT terms the source is released under.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limecore Studio is not liable for any loss of data, profit, or opportunity, nor for any indirect or consequential damage, arising from use of these apps.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you use the apps as a consumer in the EU, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything written here.
You may stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which erases your data immediately and irreversibly.
We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your data.
If these terms change materially we will say so in the apps rather than quietly editing this page. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU country where you live, and you keep every right Finnish and EU consumer law gives you.
